Being a firsttime mom, it was wonderful to have someone by my side who had been through it. Heidi did a great job reminding me to relax and breathe through my contractions. knowing I had her support and guidance helped me to better focus on what I needed to do. In the end we ended up needing a c-section. Heidi stayed with us until the end and helped us make educated and calm choices, a difficult thing after 12 hours of labor!! Thanks Heidi!
