I am Heidi Biddle, a Birth Doula, and it is my passion to help women have their best birth experience.

Your birth journey can begin even before conception. You may be researching and investigating all aspects of pregnancy and delivery. Once you discover that you are expecting, the time of pregnancy and the birth of your precious baby should be the most wonderful and fulfilling experience of your life. For most new parents it is a time of questions and uncertainty. I am committed to empowering women and their partners with my knowledge, confidence and experience. It is my goal to help you realize the joy in every single moment of your journey. I will help you to have your best birth experience while encouraging you to face every challenge and decision along the way with a sense of preparedness. I will help you meet each thrilling stage with encouragement, information, tried and true tools and community resources. During this time I am also encouraging open communication. This is all a part of my role as your Birth Doula.

Most women have opinions regarding what type of birth experience they wish to have. In a culture that seems to rush women through the “trauma” of childbirth, I will help you have the most positive and extraordinary experience that childbirth is meant to be.
